Need help setting up your sensor, pairing the app, or understanding your putting data? We're here to help.
If your sensor does not appear in the app, make sure it is charged, powered on, and close to your phone or iPad. Bluetooth must be enabled. If it still does not appear, restart the app and power-cycle the sensor.
Before some sessions, TrueRoll may ask you to hold still briefly so the app can prepare to measure your stroke. Follow the in-app prompts, wait for the countdown, then putt normally.
